CARA: Critical Analysis of Research Articles Club

The Biophysics Institute (3. Institute of Physics) at the University of Göttingen has a strong focus on imaging, cell mechanics and robotics. Besides doing research, we love to read and discuss science.

This Club is the PREreview manifestation of a seminar CARA that Timo teaches every semester at the University of Göttingen. We discuss each week two papers on subjects around biophysics with a focus on cell mechanics. To gain credits, students need to prepare a peer review of the paper they present, and this club allows them to publish this review, thus hopefully helping the authors to improve their preprints.
